Brian Farrell, Farco’s founder, is a native of Atlanta and a seasoned agency creative director who moved to Madrid to lead the internal design team of BBVA, a global financial institution headquartered in Spain. As he built out his multidisciplinary team to drive the bank’s digital transformation, Brian realized the immense creative talent that was undiscovered in the Spanish market. And so Farco was born.
Farco designs and builds digital products that drive business growth. They partner with clients to reimagine, make, and scale their products—website, mobile app, or touchscreen —with clear business objectives and user needs driving every step of the process. Brian and team hire the best Spanish and American designers and developers, unique in ideas and experiences, and fluidly work across the United States from coast to coast.
Their clients come from Washington DC, Chicago, and San Francisco to name just a few locations. They share a natural curiosity about the world, a desire for something new, and an understanding that diverse teams make the best final products.

What makes them special?
Combined agency and client experience
The team consists of creative leaders who all have experience working on both the client and agency side. This ensures their solutions are innovative, user-centric, and systemized to scale within any size company—from startups to global organizations.
A unique business model
Farco operates with an "inverse pyramid" which means clients benefit from significant partner involvement on all projects, backed by an agile team of senior talent. The studio believes that the best products are created by small multidisciplinary teams—experts with experience crafting and scaling products from within large organizations.
Flexible engagement model
Farco’s engagement model adapts to each client’s need—a full project team or an individual designer/front-end developer. They can lead the end-to-end design and development of a project or enter mid-way through a project as additional creative hands. Farco is designed as a company to avoid rigid practices that are not optimized for today’s on-demand world. In a word … agile.
"Farco’s exceptional design and perfect integration into the multi-disciplinary team led us to achieve an outstanding result that exceeded all expectations." Iñaki Rubio Fernandez–– Head of Design, Mango
