1. What do you love most about your work?

I really love bringing order to chaos. There’s something so satisfying about helping a team take a big, complex campaign and turning it into a smooth, successful production. I enjoy being the person who connects the dots, keeps things moving, and makes sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. And honestly, seeing it all come together at the end—that’s the best part.

2. What makes you awesome at your job?

I’m great at balancing structure with creativity. I know how to set up workflows and systems that keep things organized, but I also leave space for creative thinking and flexibility. I’m calm under pressure, I stay ahead of potential issues, and I keep everyone on the same page. People trust me to get things done—and to make the process feel smooth, even when things get hectic.

3. What was your favorite client project and why?

One that really stands out is a big campaign launch I led at Nick Jr’s Noggin. It involved multiple teams, tight deadlines, and a ton of coordination—but it turned into this amazing collaboration across departments. I loved how everyone came together, and the final rollout looked incredible. It was one of those projects where you felt the energy and momentum the whole way through.

4. What are the top 2-3 ingredients you bring to the table to make a team successful?

1) Clear structure—I set up solid processes so everyone knows what’s happening and when.

2) Strong communication—I make sure people stay informed, aligned, and supported throughout the project.

3) Team-first mindset—I lead with empathy and always focus on creating a positive, collaborative environment.

5. What do you do when a project starts to go off track?

I stay calm and get curious. I look at what’s really going on, re-align with the team, and adjust quickly. I’m all about progress over perfection, and I make sure we keep things moving without burning people out. No drama—just solutions.
