What do you love most about your work?

What I love most about my work is the dynamic blend of project management, creative operations, and UX/UI design. It's a realm where attention to detail is paramount, ensuring every aspect—from user experience flows to visual aesthetics—is finely tuned. The constant variety keeps me engaged and challenged, whether it's optimizing workflows, refining design interfaces, or managing timelines and resources effectively. This diversity not only fuels my passion but also allows me to continuously grow and innovate in my role.   

Why are you so awesome at your job?

I'm wired to spot details that even Sherlock Holmes would envy, my creativity flows like a river in flood season, and I can devour new concepts faster than Pac-Man munches dots. It's like having a superpower, but instead of capes and masks, I've got a keen eye, a wild imagination, and an insatiable curiosity.   

What was your favorite client project and why?

One of my favorite client projects involved partnering with AT&T Fiber, where I played a key role in ensuring the QA of UX/UI elements and maintaining a high level of attention to detail for their email marketing campaigns. This project perfectly combined my meticulous eye for detail with the creative freedom to enhance user experience and drive effective marketing strategies.  

What do you think are the top ingredients for a successful team?

• Clear Communication: Ensures alignment, resolves issues, and enhances collaboration.

• Shared Goals: Keeps the team focused and motivated towards achieving project milestones.

Is there anything else you’d like to share? Special recognition, awards, hobbies?

I am a fitness and travel enthusiast. My goal is to visit a new country every year - the world is far too big to not explore it. I am also a Level 1 CrossFit Coach and I regularly compete in local and national level competitions.
