Our Wripple marketplace is made up of talented professionals from all different backgrounds. Their dedication and passion make all the difference. This month, we are very excited to spotlight Tricia Andrew, a veteran Ad Ops expert who makes campaign magic happen!
What are your career highlights?
I'm one of the rare creatures that started their career in ad ops, and 14 years later, I'm still here! I started at Razorfish as a media planner, transitioned to ad ops in my first year, and never looked back. I launched the first mobile banner campaign for the agency and ended my career working with Fortune 500 companies. Over the last 14 years, I have accrued experience in the finance, retail, automotive, hospitality, and the education industries. Lucky for me, I managed the best-in-class support teams.
What do you love about your work?
I love helping companies focus on adding value where it matters most. My team's goal has always been to serve as an extended part of my client's team, so they don't get mired down in trafficking. I love making ad ops easy, so clients have more valuable time to focus elsewhere.
What are the key ingredients for a successful team?
- Project management
- Time management
- Creative process and automation
- A manager who CARES!
What was your favorite project, and why?
While at Razorfish, I worked on the ad server transition for Citibank. What I loved about it was that the project took collaboration to another level. I got to do international, internal, and cross-departmental collaboration.
What would you do if you weren't doing ad ops?
One of my favorite things to do is running a production company! I went to film school before business school, and I still have a soft spot in my heart for production. I've written films and am an award-winning producer for a short film called Friends. That film won the IFC 72-Hour Challenge in 2019!
Why are you so awesome to work with? : )
- I'm not your typical techie. My training in storytelling, film production, acting and comedy allows me to present complicated technical topics in amazing ways to any audience.
- I've assembled a team that will work as hard as they can to help you grow your business.
- I just got a certificate from MIT in Virtual and Augmented Reality.
